The Fiddle Bow Knife is our best selling product. The blade is made of stainless steel, is serrated and beveled on both sides making it razor sharp.
IT IS EXTREMELY SHARP
While many people call it a bread knife, it is so much more. It easily cuts all kind of bread, even fresh out of the oven, bagels with ease, cheese without flaking off. It is great with tomatoes or any other vegetable or fruit. I even cut a pineapple right through that thick skin.
It is so sharp that we include a guarantee, that it will never need sharpening as long as you use it on food products. We have customers who are still using it after many, many years. It is also great on meat. Want to slice a salami real thin...go right ahead. My wife cuts London Broil, Rib Roast, Pork Loin and so much more.
Red Oak (as pictured) $ 35
The Ulu Knife has been used by the Alaskan Eskimoes for centuries. It is now very popular for chopping herbs, garlic, egg salad, salsa, tuna salad, etc. etc. etc. The bowl is the same shape as the stainless steel blade of the ulu knife. Therefore you do not have to rock the chopper back and forth, just go up and down and you will be amazed how wonderful it is. I personally use it to cut pizza that is delivered with all the cuts covered in melted cheese. Turn the bowl over and you have a cutting board.
Can be used by right-handed or left-handed
